About this file
This document is a comprehensive contract specification for the 2019 Sanitary Sewer Video Inspections project (S-1901C) for the City of Enid in Garfield County, Oklahoma. The project involves performing internal television inspections of sanitary sewer pipelines using specialized camera equipment with color picture capabilities and data recording features. The project will cover various pipe diameters including 6", 8", 10", 12", 14", and 15" sanitary sewer lines, with a total estimated inspection length spanning multiple pipe sizes. The bid was scheduled to be received by the City Clerk on April 23, 2019, with a pre-bid meeting set for April 11, 2019, and proposals to be publicly opened and read aloud at 4:10 P.M. on the same day.
The bid documents specify detailed requirements for the television inspection, including using DVD/Memory Stick recording equipment, capturing specific data points like date, time, footage, project details, and manhole information. The contractor must provide high-quality video inspections with clear imagery, stop at each service connection, and document defects using a standardized rating system for repairs and root intrusion. The bid includes provisions for traffic control, line cleaning, and comprehensive reporting compatible with IT Pipes Software. The contract requires providing original memory sticks and logs for each inspected line segment, with payment calculated by linear feet measured between manhole centers and contingent on Engineer approval of the submitted video documentation.
