About this file
This document is an Addendum 1 Notice of Intent to Award for a Request for Applications (RFA) S-10000-00013544 issued by the Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS) for Behavioral Health – Treatment Foster Care services. ODHS intends to award contracts to seven applicants: Boys and Girls Aid, Greater Oregon Behavioral Health, Kairos NW, Maple Star Oregon, OSLC Community Programs, Youth Progress, and Youth Unlimited. The notice indicates that these organizations have been selected as successful applicants, subject to resolution of any protests, completion of requirements, and successful contract negotiations.
The addendum does not provide specific details about pricing, contract amounts, or funding sources. It simply serves as a formal notification of ODHS's intent to proceed with contract negotiations with the listed applicants. The document emphasizes that entering into contract negotiations is at the discretion of ODHS, based on whether each applicant meets or exceeds the requirements of the original Request for Applications. No protests to this intent to award notice have been noted in the document.
