About this file
This document is the Certified Disadvantaged Business Outreach Plan for a state and local contract opportunity in Oregon. The contract opportunity is for providing outreach, language services, referral, training, and employment services to multicultural populations with disabilities based on county. The plan requires the proposer to indicate if they are an Oregon certified firm, provide a list of certified firms and other minority/woman/veteran/small businesses they have contracted with in the last two years, and describe the steps they will take to solicit certified firms for any subcontracting opportunities if awarded the contract. The proposer must also report the identity and value of each subcontractor to the Oregon Certification Office for Business Inclusion and Diversity if awarded the contract.
The plan specifies that certified firms must have an equal opportunity to participate in the contract performance. The proposer must be willing to report subcontractor information to the state certification office. The contract opportunity is funded by the state and aims to provide outreach and services to multicultural populations with disabilities across Oregon counties.
