Key obligations include not releasing data without the Contracting Officer's express written permission, indemnifying the government from any misuse claims, and destroying all data copies if not selected for the contract award. Non-U.S. companies must submit to U.S. laws and regulations, and successful offerors may be required to sign additional use agreements under DFARS 252.227-7025.
