About this file
This document is a PowerPoint presentation for a Bidders Conference for the Remote Supports and Monitoring 2025 (RSM-25) contract opportunity issued by the Massachusetts Department of Developmental Services (DDS). The RFR outlines the requirements for providers to deliver remote support and monitoring services to assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities live as independently as possible across the state.
Qualified providers must currently hold a DDS contract for services such as Assistive Technology, Shared Living, In-Home Supports, and Employment Supports. The RFR includes requirements for backup procedures, recording policies, participation in Individual Service Plan processes, technology specifications, and data collection. Proposals must be submitted to COMMBUYS by May 7, 2024, with a proposed contract start date of July 1, 2024. The contracts will utilize a cost reimbursement and unit rate structure per 101 CMR 424.00. Qualified providers will be awarded Master Agreements, which do not guarantee a set level of funding, as regional offices will engage providers as needed.
