Text version
Evaluation Criteria Procurement Management Team (PMT) members will rate the questions based on the materials submitted. No proposal can be accepted as “qualified” without meeting the standards for every required response item. That is, in order to be qualified, a Bidder must receive a score of 1 point for each required question. In addition, the Bidder’s Supplier Diversity Plan must receive a score of 1 for the entire proposal to be deemed acceptable. In cases in which a Bidder’s response or SDP plan scores 0 points, the Bidder will be notified that the submitted response is unacceptable and will be given an opportunity to submit an additional or revised response to correct the original submission.
Rating Scale 0 points: Fails to Meet Standard or Insufficient Information: There is no description, or the description is materially incomplete, not relevant to the services provided, or the description fails to meet the standards established in the RFR.
1 point: Meets Standard: The information provided addresses all elements of the question posed fully and completely. The responses reflect an understanding of the expectations for this service model, the needs of the individuals who may be supported through this procurement, and the capacity to arrange and deliver the services to be provided.
