The addendum provides questions and answers related to the RFP's personnel requirements, specifically around the use of the WEX fuel card and Holman Insights system, which are not required for this Gwinnett County program. The bid tabulation provides details on the various transportation services and their associated unit prices and annual quantities, including ambulatory clients, vehicle lift/wheelchair accommodation, stretcher service, additional charges for trips outside regular hours and on holidays, and out-of-county flat fees. The recommended vendor, AllStars Transport & Logistic, LLC, has indicated its willingness to hold pricing firm for the initial contract term and subsequent renewal options.

Q2. Per section B. Personnel Requirements of the RFP, we are directed to comply and adhere to

Recordkeeping (see screenshot in Q1).

In Section E. subsection 9, (I), (ii), and (iii), the requirements refers to use of the WEX Card and logging information such as mileage, downtime, fuel usage, repairs, maintenance and other expenses into the Holman Insights system. Does this pertain to this RFP requirements?

Q4. Can you provide the current provider rates that led to their successful award of the transportation contract with Gwinnett?
