About this file
This document is an Addendum #2 for RP028-24 Provision and Implementation of a Legal Matter Management Solution on an Annual Contract issued by Gwinnett County, Georgia. The solicitation has been revised to change the proposal due date from August 1, 2024 to August 15, 2024. The County requires one unbound original, seven bound copies, and one electronic copy on a flash drive to be submitted, with the fee schedule on a separate flash drive. The County requires legacy data conversion and migration to the proposed solution, which totals approximately 500,000 documents at 300+ MB. The County is open to recommendations on folder hierarchy and metadata mapping for the migration. The solution must integrate with the County's existing systems, with real-time bi-directional sync of matters, documents, emails, and other content.
The County has not disclosed a specific budget amount but has confirmed the project is currently funded. The incumbent case management system is Aderant Total Office. The County is seeking a browser-based solution that can be cloud-hosted or on-premise, with a preferred "go-live" date to be determined based on the procurement timeline. The County will not accept electronic submissions and expects to provide support for data extraction during the migration process.
