Performance requirements include on-time pickup completion, accurate documentation, safe handling with no contamination, and response to inquiries within one business day. Bidders must complete the rate table in its entirety, specifying costs for State Fiscal Year 2027 (July 2026–June 2027) and State Fiscal Year 2028 (July 2027–June 2028) for each facility, including pickup fees per container, no-waste-at-pickup fees, and any additional fees. No additional costs may be added after award, though bidders may propose alternative pricing structures or delivery models with clear explanations of how they meet or exceed stated deliverables. The RFQ allows facilities to cancel pickups with 24-hour notice at no charge and permits bidders to propose alternative service schedules.
