About this file
This is a risk approval and insurance requirements document exchanged between Collier County Government staff regarding an informal competitive quotation (Quick Quote) for rental, refill, and delivery of CO2 services to six park locations in Florida. The correspondence, dated June 1, 2026, confirms that insurance requirements for the current procurement remain consistent with those established for the same service requested in the previous year. The Division has not specified response deadlines, site visit requirements, bidders' meetings, award dates, or contract terms within this document.
The insurance requirements mandate that vendors maintain Worker's Compensation coverage at statutory limits, Employer's Liability at $1,000,000 single limit per occurrence, Commercial General Liability at $1,000,000 single limit per occurrence with $2,000,000 aggregate, and Automobile Liability at $1,000,000 each occurrence for owned, nonowned, and hired vehicles. Vendors must provide certificates of insurance naming Collier County Board of County Commissioners as the certificate holder with thirty days' cancellation notice, ensure all subcontractors meet identical insurance requirements, and agree to defend and indemnify the County to the maximum extent permitted by Florida law. No bid bonds or performance bonds are required for this procurement. Pricing terms, funding sources, incumbent vendor status, and other financial details are not addressed in this document.

Good morning, We are Quick Quoting – Rental, Refill, and Delivery of CO2 for 6 Park locations. We requested this same service last year, and the attached insurance requirements were provided at that time.
Could you please confirm whether the attached insurance requirements are still the same for this service?
Thank you.
