Changes to SOW RFQ-RML-C-1805376 As of 9/1/16 – 14:24 (ET) (The following changes have been added to the SOW and the text has been tinted in red, both here and in the attached SOW revision.)

Sect. 1.13 (Page 17) Deleted:

Cisco Master ATP Partner Cisco Premier Certified Partner, Advanced Unified Communications Cisco “Lighthouse” Partner Cisco DMS and MXE Certification Microsoft Gold Communications Partner

Added:

Polycom Certified Partner Polycom Certified Videoconferencing Engineer

Sect. 2.2.3.B.1.c (Page 24) Was:

One (1) GFE projector w/ native 1080P resolution, RS-232 control, >7000 ANSI lumens, >7000:1 contrast ratio, and a short-throw optic capable of working with the specified screen shall be remounted (if, necessary) to the proper optical position for the new ceiling screen. (This projector is currently ceiling-mounted and focused on a 54” x 96” fixed wall screen at the front of the room. This will be changed to a 52” x 92” motorized ceiling screen that is tentatively planned for installation, in a location somewhere to the left of the two new 90” flat panels.)

Changed To:

One (1) GFE projector w/ native 1080P resolution, RS-232 control, >7000 ANSI lumens, >7000:1 contrast ratio, and a short-throw optic capable of working with the specified screen shall remain in its currently installed position, on its currently installed mount. However, the vendor shall adjust the optics of the projector to accommodate proper zoom, focus, horizontal, and vertical lens shift for the new ceiling screen. (This projector is currently ceiling-mounted and focused on a 54” x 96” fixed wall screen at the front of the room. This will be changed to a 52” x 92” motorized ceiling screen that will be mounted to a front-room-center position, in front of the two newly installed 90” LCD flat panel televisions.

Sect. 2.2.3.B.1.c (Pages 24-25) Was:

One (1) new 52” x 96” motorized ceiling screen with a minimum of 1.3 gain factor. (The tentative location of this screen shall be to the left of the two new 90” flat panels, however, the conditions above the finished ceiling may necessitate re-designation of this positioning.)

Changed To:

One (1) new 52” x 96”, 16:9 format, surface mounted, motorized ceiling screen with a minimum of 1.1 gain factor shall be installed in a ceiling position, just forward of the two 90” LED TVs, and as centered (on the two 90” TVs) as the GFE projector’s optics and mounting position will allow. (Note: The GFE projector shall remain in its current position. The vendor is expected to make maximum use of the projector’s focus, zoom, horizontal lens shift, and vertical lens shift – to land the image and new screen on the optically correct position on the new screen.)

Sect. 2.2.3.B.6.t (Page 29) – NEW Added:

The vendor shall provide RS-232 serial control between the control system in the equipment rack and the GFE Lutron GraphixEye RS-232 lighting interface (located behind the door of the equipment room). The vendor shall also provide a separate lighting page in the touch panel GUI that accesses and controls the six programmed presets, a general dim-up, and a general dim-down, and an all-off. (The currently used Crestron system has a similar capability and that model may be re-used by the vendor.)
