About this file
This document is an amendment to RFQQ NO. 24-800 - OII National Polygraphy Testing issued by the Washington State Office of Financial Management. The amendment provides responses to bidder questions regarding the contract opportunity to provide nationwide pre-employment polygraph testing services to the Washington State Office of Independent Investigations (OII). OII is tasked with conducting fair, thorough, transparent, and competent investigations involving police use of deadly force. The contract will require the selected vendor(s) to provide polygraph testing services for an estimated 5 to 30 candidates per year located throughout the United States. The contractor will be responsible for supplying the necessary polygraph equipment and providing their standard report format.
The amendment clarifies that travel should be kept to a minimum for both the polygraph administrator and the candidates. It also specifies that peer review is not required for each examination. Pricing information is not provided, but the amendment notes the contractor will be responsible for all costs associated with the polygraph services.
