Text version

The Government has received the following questions:

1) Who is the incumbent provider for this network?

Response: Verizon Business Network Services

2) Is there any flexibility to extend the due date by a week? Feb 27 is 7 business days away.

Response: The Government is amending the RFP for the proposals to be due March 20, 2015, but the questions are still due February 20, 2015.

3) Due to winter logistics, should the vendors expect any extensions for the due date of February 27th for the HUD OIG Area Wide Network Program?

Response: The Government is amending the RFP for the proposals to be due March 20, 2015, but the questions are still due February 20, 2015.

4) We request the Department of Housing and Urban Development, Office of Inspector General (“HUDOIG”) to extend the Solicitation No. RFQ-HUDOIG-15-0003 response due date 45 days past the current due date to allow sufficient time for offerors to obtain the required 5 Past Performance surveys. This additional time will also help ensure that offerors have sufficient time to prepare and submit responsive, innovative and competitive proposals to design, deploy and maintain a secure, fast and reliable WAN telecommunications infrastructure for HUDOIG.

Response: The Government is amending the RFP for the proposals to be due March 20, 2015, but the questions are still due February 20, 2015.

5) Has a contractor performed similar work to this for the government in the past? If available, please provide the incumbent contract number.

Response: Yes, GS01T11BKM0002
