The Government has received the following questions:
1. Considering the geographical constraint of personally reviewing the document, I request you to provide us the following details:
· List of Items, Schedule of Requirements, Scope of Work, Terms of Reference, Bill of Materials required.
Response: Refer to the PWS in its entirety.
· Soft Copy of the Tender Document through email.
Response: The Government cannot answer and is unclear how this is relevant.
· Names of countries that will be eligible to participate in this tender.
Response: The Government cannot answer and is unclear how this is relevant.
· Information about the Tendering Procedure and Guidelines Response: The Government cannot answer and is unclear how this is relevant.
· Estimated Budget for this Purchase Response: $8 Million
· Any Extension of Bidding Deadline?
Response: The Government amended the RFP and extended the deadline to March 20, 2015, but the questions are still due February 20, 2015.
· Any Addendum or Pre Bid meeting Minutes?
Response: The Government cannot answer and is unclear how this is relevant.
1) What “Pricing Format” does the government propose? We did not see a SCHEDULE B – PRICING template in the 86 page document. I’m sure the government prefers a unified format for all vendors to see “apples to apples” in pricing
Response: It shall be whatever format the vendors propose, but the evaluated price will be the total firm fixed price for the entire contract period - 5 years
