About this file

This document contains a set of questions and answers related to a federal contract opportunity for an online content management system. The key details are:

The Department of the Air Force (DAF) Libraries has a requirement for an online content management subscription platform that enables librarians to curate and share information and resources with both internal and external users. The platform must have features such as the ability to create subject/course guides, provide access controls and permissions, integrate with existing library resources, offer usage analytics and reporting, and provide ongoing training and support.

The contract will be awarded as a small business set-aside under NAICS 513130 with a 1,000 employee size standard. The anticipated contract period is a 12-month base with two 1-year option periods. The agency is looking for an established product in the library marketplace, not a custom-built solution. Pricing will be on a subscription basis using monthly invoices through Wide Area Workflow. Responses to this RFQ are due by July 26, 2024.
