Questions/Answers 2 Whiteriver Cisco Network Upgrade Project Confirming the following details:

1. All required fiber and copper patch cables (If possible, please include appropriate quantities and lengths)

1. Fiber and Copper Patch Cables:

The BOM includes optics and backbone connectivity components. All standard patch cables (fiber and copper) required for installation, including appropriate quantities and lengths, shall be provided by the contractor.

2. All rack mounting hardware for switches (ex: rails, brackets, hardware)

1. Rack Mounting Hardware:

Standard rack-mounting hardware (rails, brackets, etc.) required for the switches is included with the manufacturer equipment.

3. Power cords for all equipment, including dual power supply configurations where applicable

1. Power Cords:

Power cords required for operation are included with the equipment. Dual power supply configurations will include manufacturer-provided cabling.

4. Complete optic quantities and matching pairs for all uplinks and inter switch connections

1. Optics:

The BOM includes optics intended to support uplinks and inter-switch connectivity. The contractor shall ensure all required optics are installed as matching pairs and are compatible with the deployed equipment.

5. Wireless access point mounting hardware and connection materials

The contractor shall reuse existing brackets where serviceable or utilize the provided brackets as needed. Any minor ancillary mounting materials required for installation shall be provided by the contractor.
