About this file
This Request for Quotation (RFQ) document issued by the Oregon State Lottery Commission seeks qualified contractors for the replacement of warehouse pallet racking within the Lottery's warehouse facility. The project scope encompasses the removal of existing racking systems, procurement of new standard pallet racking, and installation of the replacement equipment. The RFQ outlines the technical specifications and requirements for the new racking system, including dimensional standards, load capacity requirements, and material specifications necessary to meet the Lottery's warehouse operational needs. Prospective bidders are required to submit quotations addressing both labor costs for removal and installation services and material costs for the new racking system. The document establishes submission deadlines and evaluation criteria for selecting the most qualified and cost-effective contractor to execute this warehouse infrastructure upgrade.
The RFQ specifies pricing requirements for both the supply and installation components of the project, with bidders expected to provide detailed cost breakdowns for materials and labor. The document establishes clear evaluation criteria and selection procedures for determining contract award. Additional details regarding any applicable set-asides, incumbent contractor status, project timeline, funding source, and total project budget allocation are contained within the RFQ specifications to ensure transparent competition and fair evaluation of all qualified bids received.
