About this file
This is a shortlist responsiveness evaluation document for RFQ REDM2526-11 issued by the State of Florida Department of Management Services for engineering services in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems for the Northwest Florida Regional entity. The RFQ solicits qualified engineering firms to provide MEP design and consulting services for projects within the Northwest Florida region. Quotations were due September 30, 2026. All communications regarding this procurement must be submitted in writing to the Construction Procurement Liaison at REDMProcurement@dms.fl.gov, with violation of this sole point of contact requirement subject to rejection of the response. The document evaluates bidder responsiveness against established criteria, with contract award and term contingent upon proposal evaluation.
The document serves as an evaluation tool assessing the qualifications and responsiveness of engineering firms submitting quotations for MEP services. Qualified firms must document relevant experience and meet stated MEP service qualifications as specified in the RFQ. Pricing submission, qualifications documentation, and firm experience requirements are integral components of the evaluation process. The specific pricing terms, contract amounts, funding sources, and award details are contingent upon the formal evaluation and selection process outlined in the complete RFQ solicitation documents.
