The RFQ specified submission requirements including a letter of interest, Professional Qualifications Supplement (Form AE12a), GSA Standard Form 330, project listings with relevant experience references, current Florida professional licenses, and various certifications regarding federal funds compliance. Evaluation criteria emphasized office location proximity to projects, previous fee volume for state agency work, current workload capacity, proposed staff qualifications, relevant design experience, and ability to perform contract delivery. The document does not disclose a specific contract value, set-aside designations, incumbent vendors, or current contractor information. Protests concerning this agency decision must be timely filed with the Agency Clerk at the Department of Management Services within the prescribed timeframe under Florida Statutes Section 120.57(3), with failure to file constituting a waiver of proceedings.
