1. Introduction

This Statement of Work (SOW) outlines the procurement, delivery, installation, and configuration of an upgraded video teleconferencing (VTC) solution at Alaska Area Native Health Service (Alaska Area). The project will be executed in two key locations: the primary conference room and the Area Director’s office. The objective is to enhance collaboration and telecommunication capabilities for stakeholders.

2. Objective

The objective of this project is to implement a reliable and modernized VTC system that supports high-quality video and audio communication. The upgrade will improve conference operations and stakeholder engagement and ensure compatibility with federal telehealth and remote coordination standards.

This project establishes a dedicated VTC solution to support mission-critical communication and service delivery.

4. Scope/Requirements

The Alaska Area Indian Health Service (IHS) requires a reliable and modern video teleconferencing (VTC) solution to support executive-level communications and collaboration with tribal partners, federal agencies, and remote sites. This capability is essential for maintaining operational continuity, regulatory compliance, and secure information exchange across the region.

4.3 Additional Tasks

- System testing and commissioning
