About this file

This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for voyage repair services in support of the USS SHIP.

The Naval Supply Fleet Logistics Center Sigonella (NAVSUP FLCSI) Naples Office is seeking quotations for Category "A" voyage repair work items to be performed in Gaeta, Italy, during the period of July 16-30, 2026. The specific work items include: preserve and paint 2,000 square feet of topside (one-year duration); preserve and paint 2,000 square feet of machinery spaces; steel repairs for port and starboard shore power platforms; forward and aft CIWS cooling loops; and HVAC insulation. The pricing arrangement is firm fixed price, with all work performed as a single lot. Quotations must be submitted no later than June 3, 2026, at 14:00 Central European Summer Time via email to the contracting officer, Antonella De Fraia Fraingipane. Technical proposals must demonstrate ability to perform the statement of work, including documentation of material compliance with MIL-Specifications, ABS welding certifications, certified Marine Chemist credentials, and ISO 9001 or 14001 quality management system certification. Quoters must complete Standard Form 18 blocks 12-16, all representations and certifications from Section K, and a detailed price breakdown in Attachment J-1 showing labor hours, rates, total labor costs, materials, and other costs in US dollars. All quotations must be submitted in English. This is not a small business set-aside, and contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
