About this file
This document is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for an Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife (ODFW) contract opportunity. The RFQ requires the submission of a Mandatory Bid Proposal Form for OregonBuys Opportunity #63500-00009120, with all goods to be delivered no later than January 26, 2024. The RFQ indicates that the delivery date proposed by the bidder must be no later than March 1, 2024, and that any delays may result in bid rejection. The RFQ allows for consideration of alternate bids that meet or exceed the specified products, and states that the agency will determine if a product is "equal" to the brand name listed.
The pricing must be held firm for 30 days, and the grand total, including all costs and delivery, is requested. The contract opportunity is related to the procurement of chemical storage lockers for Malheur County and Oregon City. The RFQ does not provide any additional details regarding pricing terms, set asides, incumbents, funding requirements, or other salient information.
