About this file

This document is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for OregonBuys Opportunity # S-63500-00011812 issued by the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife (ODFW). The RFQ seeks bids for the supply of fourteen black 40 mil HDPE floating panels for reservoir algae and weed control, with each panel measuring 7.2 feet wide and 49.5 feet long, and requiring an anchoring system on one end. The delivery date for the panels must be no later than December 15, 2024. Bids must be submitted by 2:00 PM on October 28, 2024 via email, mail, or fax. The RFQ also states that alternate bids on products meeting or exceeding the specified requirements will be considered, and the Agency will determine, at its sole discretion, whether a product offered is "equal."

The RFQ includes pricing details, requiring vendors to provide the unit cost and total cost for the items. It also states that all pricing must be held firm for 30 days. The document indicates that vendors should provide their Federal ID number, address, and contact information, and specify whether they are a certified firm in Oregon. The RFQ does not mention any set-asides, incumbents, funding requirements or sources, or other salient information.
