About this file
This document is a Scope of Work for a Request for Quotation (RFQ) issued by the Ohio Department of Natural Resources (DNR) for the repair and replacement of roofing at three facilities in John Bryan State Park. The project requires the removal and disposal of existing roofing and the installation of new 3-dimensional fiberglass shingles with a lifetime warranty on the Lower Shelter, Maintenance Shop, and Fuel Storage Building roofs. The work is to be completed during standard business hours, with the project completion date set for May 31, 2025. The RFQ specifies site visits are mandatory, and the lowest responsive and responsible bidder will be awarded the contract.
The RFQ is a set-aside for Minority Business Enterprises (MBEs) in accordance with Ohio Revised Code 125.081. Pricing is requested on a per unit basis, and the low lot total will determine the award. Invoicing instructions, including the requirement to submit invoices directly to Ohio Shared Services, are provided. The contract is only valid for goods and services received through June 30, 2025, with a new purchase order required for any work after that date.
