About this file
This document is a Request for Quote (RFQ) issued by the Illinois Department of Veterans Affairs (IVHL) for HVAC support services at the Illinois Veterans Home - LaSalle facility for fiscal year 2025. The RFQ seeks a vendor to provide four quarters of preventative maintenance, inspection, monitoring, and support services for the facility's HVAC control systems and software computer HVAC systems from July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2025. Vendors must submit their quotes electronically via email or the state's BidBuy system by the due date listed in BidBuy. The selected vendor must offer the lowest price and be able to provide all the required supplies and services.
The RFQ outlines specific pricing requirements, including that all prices must include shipping and handling, and no price increases will be accepted. The state reserves the right to reject all offers and cancel the procurement up to 72 hours in advance. This procurement is for a small purchase, and state agencies are only permitted to accept electronic submissions for such procurements.
