About this file

This document is a Request for Quote (RFQ) issued by the Illinois Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA) for HVAC support services at the Illinois Veterans Home - LaSalle (IVHL). The RFQ seeks a vendor to provide 4 quarters of preventative maintenance, inspection, monitoring, and software support services for the HVAC control systems throughout the IVHL facility. The services are to be provided from July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024. Quotes must be submitted electronically via email or the BidBuy platform by the due date listed in BidBuy. The selected vendor must be able to provide all required supplies and services and offer the lowest price. COVID-19 protections, including face coverings, vaccinations, and testing requirements, will be enforced as directed by the Governor's Executive Orders and the Agency.

The vendor quote must include unit and extended pricing, and all expenses such as shipping and handling. Quotes are valid for 90 days and no price increases will be accepted. The Agency reserves the right to reject all offers or individual offers that do not meet the requirements. The successful vendor will be awarded the contract to provide the HVAC support services at the lowest quoted price.
