RFQ ITC71 Server-Archiver Replacement

This Request for Quotation (RFQ) document pertains to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and concerns the replacement of a server-archiver component for the facility's security camera system. The procurement seeks qualified vendors to supply and install a replacement server-archiver unit capable of supporting the existing security camera infrastructure. The RFQ specifies technical requirements for the archiving system, including storage capacity, processing capabilities, and compatibility with current camera equipment. Interested vendors must submit proposals by the stated deadline, with the procurement process including opportunities for pre-bid clarifications and site visits to examine the existing system configuration. The contract award is anticipated upon selection of the qualified vendor offering the best value to the Commonwealth.

Specific pricing, set-aside provisions, contract duration, renewal options, and detailed technical specifications are outlined within the RFQ document to guide vendor submissions and evaluation criteria. The procurement will identify the incumbent system currently in place and establish requirements for seamless integration with existing security infrastructure. Vendors should address installation timelines, warranty provisions, ongoing support obligations, and any licensing or software requirements associated with the proposed archiving solution.
