The services requested include multi-camera switched production coverage of the 9-member Board, ISBE staff, and presenters, with a minimum of one PA speaker, audio mixing equipment, and PowerPoint integration. The meetings will take place at the ISBE Springfield office and remote locations, with varying dates from March through September 2020. ISBE intends to award the entire contract to a single successful respondent and reserves the right to reject all offers or individual offers that fail to meet the requirements.
