About this file
Dutchess County, through its Division of Central Services, has issued a Request for Quote (RFQ-DCP-25-25) for the procurement of drug test kits to be used on-site by various county government departments. The solicitation seeks multiple types of drug test kits, including 12-panel, 14-panel, and 9-panel cup tests, as well as single-panel dip cards for substances like alcohol, amphetamine, cocaine, fentanyl, K2, kratom, marijuana, and others. The estimated quantities range from 5 to 750 boxes per item, with each box containing 25 test units. Quote submissions are due electronically via Bid Net by 4 PM on Friday, November 14, 2025, and the initial contract term is one year, with potential for four one-year renewal options under the same terms and conditions.
The county will award the contract to the responsive, responsible vendor with the lowest total price per line item or aggregate, with the flexibility to award to single or multiple vendors. Pricing will be firm for the initial contract term, with potential price adjustments allowed only in cases of significant federal tariff changes or market shifts, subject to county approval. Invoices will be processed via purchase order using ACH or credit card, and all materials must be newly manufactured. Delivery requirements include a 10-day order fulfillment window, F.O.B. destination with prepaid freight, and delivery to the specific county department during business hours (Monday through Friday, 9 AM – 4 PM).
