This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01; effective March 13, 2026, and the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO), supplemented by Department of Commerce Acquisition Policy.
This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation number is
1333ND26QNB730213.
This procurement is being issued as a 100% small business set-aside.
The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334111– Electronic Computer Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees. The PSC Code is 7B22 – IT and Telecom – Computers, Servers (Hardware and Perpetual License Software).
It is anticipated that a Firm-Fixed Price type Purchase Order will be issued as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation.
Delivery shall be FOB Destination and made within thirty (30) days or less after receipt of order
(ARO).
Responsible offerors shall provide pricing for the following line item(s) and in accordance with the Attachment A – Statement of Work (SOW):

Offerors must submit all questions concerning this solicitation in writing electronically to Jennifer Lohmeier at Jennifer.lohmeier@nist.gov. Questions must be received by or before May 19, 2026 at 10:00AM ET. Any responses to questions will be made in writing, without identification of the questioner, and will be included in an amendment to the solicitation. Even if provided in other form, only the question responses included in the amendment to the solicitation will govern performance of the contract.
ELECTRONIC SUBMISSION

Page | 2 submit a complete quote prior to the solicitation closing date and time will render the quote late and unacceptable. To be considered for award, the Offeror must be an “active” registrant in the U.S. System for Award Management (SAM) at time of solicitation close.
