About this file

This Request for Quote (RFQ) is issued by the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) seeking a vendor to develop and deliver a three-part e-learning series focused on helping schools implement data-driven approaches to improve student attendance and combat chronic absenteeism. The series will provide educators with evidence-based, tiered strategies to engage students and promote attendance using a team-based approach. The contract term extends from August 2026 through September 29, 2026, with specific delivery dates to be determined in consultation with ISBE. No formal bidders' conference or site visit is mentioned in the RFQ.

ISBE has allocated a budget of $90,000 for this engagement, with all expenses included in the quoted price and no price increases permitted after submission. Quotes must remain valid for 60 days from the date of submission, and ISBE reserves the right to award by item, portion, or total, as well as the right to reject any or all offers. Vendors must submit documentation demonstrating that the practices presented are evidence-based and must provide evidence of at least five years of prior experience in this work. The vendor shall maintain comprehensive insurance coverage including General Commercial Liability ($1,000,000 per occurrence/$2,000,000 aggregate), Auto Liability ($1,000,000 per occurrence), Workers' Compensation as required by law, and Professional Liability Insurance ($1,000,000 per claim/$1,000,000 annual aggregate) for a period of three years following final payment.
