About this file
This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) Attachment detailing custom table and chair covers for the DDG 128 naval vessel. The document specifies multiple table and chair cover requirements across different ship areas, including the Wardroom, Pilot House, Chief's Mess, Serving Line, Medical Area, and General Mess. Cover specifications include specific color requirements (SF 62 Sky and SF 64 Sapphire), embroidery details such as ship's crest, command designations (CO, XO), and unique identifiers like "DENALI DINER" and "DDG 128".
Specific quantities and dimensions are precisely outlined for each area, with notable details like chair covers featuring gold-centered "CO" and "XO" embroidery, Chief's Anchors on CPO Mess chair covers, and decorative elements like the outline of Alaska and little dipper stars. The solicitation is issued by the Department of the Navy Naval Supply Systems Command under Solicitation Number N6883625QS078, seeking upholstery and deck awning services for the naval vessel. The covers serve both functional and ceremonial purposes, representing the ship's identity and organizational hierarchy through strategic design elements.
