The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, cables, splitters, HDMI connections, and installation supervision. Work shall be performed Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, excluding federal holidays. The contractor must conduct visual inspections of all devices, perform diagnostic testing to verify camera-to-monitor communication and motion detection functionality, provide end-user training, and deliver instruction sheets, performance documentation, licenses, and warranty information to the Facility Manager (SSgt Mark Ringgenberg) upon completion.
Warranty requirements include a minimum three-year manufacturer's warranty on video recorders and cameras, one-year warranty on all other hardware, and one-year labor warranty on installation work, with the contractor responsible for facilitating all warranty claims and providing written replacement and reprogramming reports.
