About this file

This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) attachment related to a solicitation for Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) equipment for the Pakistan Maritime Security Agency (PMSA). The Bureau for International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) under the Department of State Office of Acquisition Management is seeking to procure two mid-range, backpack-portable, electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) fixed-wing UAS systems with associated equipment, software, and accessories. The systems are intended to enhance PMSA's maritime law enforcement and aerial surveillance capabilities for counter-narcotics operations, human trafficking interdiction, and illicit smuggling interdiction along Pakistan's coast and exclusive economic zone.

The document references Attachment A RFQ/SOW for a complete listing of detailed requirements and specifications that the contractor must fulfill. The solicitation number is 191NLE26Q0118, and this RFQ attachment serves as supporting documentation to define the substantive requirements for potential vendors submitting quotes. The procurement supports the INL-Pakistan program's mission to build capacity of Pakistan's law enforcement and border security personnel through equipment transfers and infrastructure improvements.
