About this file

This document is a Request for Quote (RFQ) issued by the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum (ALPLM) for the procurement of HVAC air filters. The ALPLM is seeking a vendor to provide the specified HVAC air filters for their campus-wide HVAC/air flow system. The vendor must be a registered Small Business Set-Aside Program vendor. Vendors are required to submit their quotes in the BidBuy system by the specified "Bid Opening/Ending Date". The ALPLM intends to award the contract to the lowest priced vendor that meets the minimum requirements and specifications.

The RFQ outlines the pricing and invoicing terms, which state that all quoted prices must be valid for 90 days, include shipping and handling charges, and that any late payment charges will be in accordance with the State Prompt Payment Act. The ALPLM reserves the right to reject all offers, award by item or group of items, and waive minor defects. If the quote total exceeds $50,000, the vendor must complete and submit either Forms A or Forms B depending on their Illinois Procurement Gateway registration status.
