About this file

This document is an Addendum 1 for a Request for Qualifications (RFQ-4-25-05) issued by Brevard County Purchasing Services for Veteran's Memorial Park Amphitheater Management Services, dated July 3, 2025. The addendum provides a critical correction to the original RFQ, specifically changing the stage peak height from 8'3" to 28'3" for the 2,100-square-foot open-air stage. The qualification opening date remains scheduled for Friday, July 25, 2025, at 10:00 AM, and the addendum includes additional construction design images to illustrate the final project configuration.

The attached images reveal a detailed rendering of the Veteran's Memorial Park Amphitheater, showing an architectural design with a curved black roof, brick-colored walls, and a circular stage area. An American flag is positioned near the structure, and the surrounding landscape includes trees and green spaces. The design appears to be a modern, open-air performance venue with architectural elements that suggest a memorial or commemorative purpose, consistent with its name and intended use for community events and performances.
