About this file

This is a Scope of Work document for the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) in California for the procurement of disaster supplies through a Request for Quote process. The Authority seeks qualified vendors to provide disaster supplies to support emergency preparedness and response operations. The contract term spans three years, effective December 1, 2026 through November 30, 2029, with a total budget allocation of $45,000 for the entire performance period. The scope of work document outlines the specifications, delivery requirements, and performance standards that vendors must meet to be considered for award.

The procurement establishes specific pricing parameters within the $45,000 total budget ceiling for the three-year contract period. Vendors must submit detailed quotes addressing all required disaster supply items and delivery schedules as outlined in the scope of work. The document specifies the requirements for qualifying vendors, including their ability to meet emergency supply standards and delivery timelines. Payment terms, invoicing procedures, and performance metrics are established to ensure vendor accountability and compliance with OCTA's disaster preparedness objectives throughout the contract term.

SCOPE OF WORK

As part of that preparedness is ensuring that the organization can support its staff who may have to remain during a disaster to support OCTA operations. As such, OCTA maintains a cache of emergency supplies at each of its facilities for such purposes.

OCTA is seeking a qualified vendor to establish a blanket purchase order (BPO) to meet the restocking needs of the OCTA for disaster supplies.
