About this file

This is an Addendum No. 2 to Request for Quotation No. 26-7047-RFQ02 issued by DeKalb County Public Health for graphic design services. The addendum clarifies eligibility requirements and vendor capabilities for the solicitation. Key changes include the establishment of geographic restrictions limiting participation to vendors located within the surrounding Metro Atlanta area, with firms based outside this region declared ineligible regardless of their registration status in DeKalb County. The addendum also establishes a requirement for vendors to be available for in-person meetings and collaboration at the county's office as needed, with the ability to be on-site within 24 hours of a request. The document addresses clarifying questions submitted by potential offerors, specifically addressing eligibility determinations and vendor location preferences.

The project is supported by federal funds, which imposes a strict subcontracting prohibition requiring the awarded vendor to perform all work and deliverables directly without engaging subcontractors. The addendum was issued on November 14, 2025, and represents modifications to the original solicitation terms. No pricing information, contract term details, or award timelines are provided in this addendum document.
