The State will provide written notice to the Bidder(s) of the documentation required and the timeline for submission. Failure to submit the required documentation by the date and time indicated may, at the State’s discretion, cause the State to deem the bid non-responsive and reject the bid.

All requirements must be met by the Bidder, and the Bidder’s staff, by the Quotes Due Date.

Any dates provided in the response that suggest “on-going,” “current,” etc. will be referenced and assessed as the date of the Quotes Due Date.
