The Evaluation Committee’s goal is to reach a consensus decision as to which firms are to be recommended for contract award based upon the evaluation criteria contained in the RFQ document. Such consensus decision is based upon the Evaluation Committee’s analysis and discussion of the submittals received.

The firms will be ranked based on the required information as outlined herein. A selected group of proposers may be required to make an oral presentation to the Selection Committee.
