About this file
This document is Amendment 01 to Request for Qualifications (RFQ) No. 2025-23, issued by the Washington Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI), which seeks National Board Regional Coordinators and Trainers. The amendment primarily updates the procurement schedule, with the pre-bid conference rescheduled to April 16, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time, and provides a new Zoom link for the virtual meeting. Key dates include a question and answer period from March 21 to May 21, 2025, proposal submissions due by 3:00 p.m. PT on June 4, 2025, and anticipated contract start date of August 1, 2025. The contract will run through June 30, 2026, with potential extension for three additional years, seeking up to nine Regional Coordinators, up to three Facilitator Trainers, and one Regional Coordinator Lead.
The procurement is funded through federal Title II, Part A program funds, with a total budget of up to $90,000 and individual contractors potentially receiving up to $20,000 if awarded all three available contract roles. Minimum qualifications include current employment in a Washington public K-12 school in a non-administrative role, holding a current National Board Certificate, and completing OSPI Facilitator Training. Bidders must submit comprehensive documentation demonstrating qualifications, including experience supporting the National Board assessment process and strong communication skills. The opportunity is specifically limited to current Washington public K-12 school educators, with no specific set-aside designations for disadvantaged enterprises. All proposals will become OSPI property, and no reimbursement will be provided for proposal preparation.
