About this file
This document is a set of clarifying questions and answers related to Request for Quotes (RFQ) #2022-24 for a Business Impact Analysis Plan Development issued by CareOregon, a healthcare organization in Oregon. CareOregon is seeking a contractor to conduct a Business Impact Analysis across 30-35 of its major departments and to develop a comprehensive Business Continuity Plan for one department as a planning model. The contractor will need to provide individual BIA reports for each department and capture the information in CareOregon's Fusion system where possible. CareOregon has provided a list of its major departments to help the contractor scope the enterprise-wide BIA.
The document does not contain information on pricing terms, set-asides, incumbents, funding requirements or sources, or contract term and renewal options. It focuses solely on clarifying the scope of work and deliverables for the BIA and Business Continuity Plan development.

REQUEST FOR QUOTES #2022-24
BUSINESS IMPACT ANALYSIS PLAN DEVELOPMENT
RESPONSE TO CLARIFYING QUESTIONS
December 6, 2022
Note that these are questions submitted by interested firms to the above referenced solicitation.
The below answers are for clarification purposes only and in no way alter or amend the RFQ as published.
1. Would it be possible to get a current organizational chart for CareOregon? This helps us scope the services for an "enterprise-wide" BIA.
Answer: We do not have an official Organizational Chart to share, but we can provide a list of major departments within the organization. Please see attached Attachment #.1
2. As a deliverable, does CareOregon want formal "BIA Reports" for all departments or just the data for the Fusion system? If the latter, would CareOregon like support for entering data into the Fusion system?
Answer: Contractor will conduct a BIA on all major departments (final list will be discussed and provided during kickoff meetings) and provide a report for each. Note:
there are departments within departments. Information will be captured in Fusion where possible. Any information that cannot be captured in Fusion will be provided as supplementary.
