About this file
This document is an Attachment 1 - Administrative Information for Request for Quotes (RFQ) #165 issued by the Idaho Department of Fish & Game (IDFG) for the purchase and delivery of a single concrete vault restroom. The RFQ provides detailed specifications for the restroom, including design requirements for snow load, floor load, wind load, seismic activity, and ADA compliance. It also specifies the construction materials, dimensions, and features such as the toilet riser, grab bars, door hardware, and vault liner. The RFQ includes submission requirements, delivery terms, acceptance criteria, warranty information, and invoicing/payment details. Interested vendors must submit their responses electronically via IPRO or email, and the award will be made to the responsive, responsible vendor with the lowest total cost.
The RFQ outlines the remedial actions IDFG may take if the delivered restroom does not conform to the contract requirements, including requiring corrective action, subcontracting the work, withholding payment, or terminating the contract. Vendors must be ISO 9001 certified and cannot have defaulted on any contract within the last 5 years. Pricing may include a prepayment of up to 50% of the total contract value, with the remaining balance due upon acceptance of the restroom.
