About this file
This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) issued by Maricopa County's Equipment Services Department for parts, services, and preventative maintenance for car wash facilities located in Arizona. The RFQ aims to establish a pricing agreement for supplies, parts, services, and preventive maintenance for car wash facilities across four county locations: Durango Fuel Complex in Phoenix, Downtown Fuel Station in Phoenix, Mesa Service Station, and Avondale Service Station. The contract will be a one-year agreement with options to extend up to two additional one-year periods or on a month-to-month basis for up to six months. The county reserves the right to award the contract to a single vendor or multiple vendors, in full or in part.
The pricing structure requires vendors to provide manufacturer price lists with discount percentages, with an emphasis on offering competitive pricing. Vendors must be authorized distributors with the ability to meet inventory requirements, provide parts within two hours of ordering, and offer a minimum 90-day warranty on parts and services. The county will allow a maximum of $50 per invoice for miscellaneous charges and requires detailed invoicing that includes specific information such as quote number, purchase order number, work order number, and equipment details. Bids must be submitted through BidSync/Periscope, with the county maintaining the right to conduct site visits to inspect vendor facilities and ensure contract compliance.
