About this file

This document is an Addendum to a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by the Minnesota Department of Administration, Real Estate and Construction Services (RECS) for Architectural services to study design options for determining proposed ADA Accessible Lift locations in the Quinn and Noyes buildings at the Minnesota State Academies for the Deaf in Faribault, Minnesota. The RFP seeks proposals for the required Architectural, Structural, and Electrical design disciplines to provide a cost estimate for the project. Responses to specific questions on existing drawings and the level of detail required for the electrical scope are provided. The project is identified as RECS Project #44DA0049.

The RFP requires a cost estimate as part of the study, and the level of detail for the Electrical scope needs to be analyzed to determine the requirements for the project. No additional details are provided on pricing terms, set asides, incumbents, funding sources, or contract duration.
