About this file

This document is a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by the Oregon Forest Resources Institute (Agency) for public opinion research services. The Agency is seeking a contractor to measure the core values, beliefs, and awareness levels of Oregonians regarding environmental, economic, and social issues related to Oregon's forests and forest management. The contractor will be required to develop, conduct, and evaluate statewide public opinion surveys, focus groups, and educational messaging surveys, as well as make public presentations on the research results. The Agency encourages participation from certified small businesses, including disadvantaged, minority-owned, woman-owned, service-disabled veteran-owned, and emerging small businesses, and may require a Certified Disadvantaged Business Outreach Plan if subcontracting opportunities exist.
