About this file
This is a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the Monterey Golf Range Technology project issued by Naval Supply Systems Command under solicitation number NAVMWR-27-R-0001. The project aims to expand and modernize the driving range at Naval Base Monterey by renovating existing hitting bays and adding a two-story, 12-bay hitting deck structure to accommodate increased customer demand and golf range usage. The scope includes repair of current infrastructure, structural construction of the new two-story deck, and integration of modern driving range technology systems to support enhanced operational capabilities.
The RFP solicits qualified contractors to design and construct the facility improvements, with evaluation criteria focusing on technical capability, schedule feasibility, cost competitiveness, and experience with similar military recreation facility projects. Contractors must demonstrate expertise in golf range facility construction, two-story deck structural design, and integration of contemporary range technology systems. The work is being procured through a competitive sealed bid process under Navy Military Welfare and Recreation (NAVMWR) authority, with the Department of the Navy as the contracting agency. Interested parties should submit proposals in accordance with the specific submission requirements, evaluation timeline, and contractual terms outlined in the RFP.
