About this file
This document is a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Vacuum Sensor Calibrators (VSC) issued by the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR). The solicitation seeks to procure a minimum of 1 and up to 7 Vacuum Sensor Calibrators through a three-year indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract. The procurement is for calibration equipment to support vacuum furnace monitoring, with specific requirements outlined in the Calibration Standards Specification CSS FY20-JAX-0001.
The RFP follows a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation approach, with proposals assessed on technical, past performance, and price factors. Technical evaluation will focus on manufacturing processes, procurement approach, and certifications/accreditations. Offerors must submit proposals electronically to Brian Staub, with the solicitation number N6426725R1100. The NAICS code is 334519 with a size standard of 600 employees. Proposals will be evaluated to ensure compliance with specifications, with a technical rating of at least "Acceptable" required for award consideration.
