About this file
The file is a Questions and Answers document for Solicitation N6426725R1100 for Vacuum Sensor Calibrators issued by the Department of the Navy Naval Sea Systems Command. The Q&A document addresses two key clarification points: first, confirming that previous solicitation comments are no longer applicable, and second, specifying that the calibration systems must be capable of operating under both automatic and manual pressure control as selected by the operator prior to testing.
The related federal contract opportunity is an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) solicitation for procuring 1-7 Vacuum Sensor Calibrators over a three-year period. The NAICS code is 334519 with a size standard of 600 employees. Proposals will be evaluated on three factors: technical merit, past performance, and evaluated price. Offerors must submit questions by 12 calendar days following solicitation issuance, with no guarantee of answers received after the deadline. The solicitation follows commercial product/service acquisition procedures and includes multiple standard federal contracting clauses.
