The contract is contingent upon availability of funding from the legislature's fiscal year 2027 general fund appropriation. Monthly progress reports are required throughout the project duration, with formal documentation expected beginning August 1, 2026. The Department reserves the right to withhold payment if performance fails to meet established requirements, quality standards, or deliverables. Proposals must provide a 60-day acceptance period and include detailed project approaches, timelines, itemized budgets by work task, and descriptions of three similar successfully completed projects. No minimum minority and women-owned business participation is required, though such participation is encouraged.
